André Pierre Negri was born in South Africa to Irish-Italian parents. After graduating from the University of Port Elizabeth with a B.Arch in 1996, he worked in a design company before emigrating to Ireland in 1997.
André became a member of the RIAI in 2006 and formed STUDIO NEGRI while continuing to work as a Team Leader on large projects throughout the country.
After gaining 13 years of valuable experience in all sectors of the Irish building industry, he is a full time director of STUDIO NEGRI. He strives to understand and deliver the needs of his clients, and continues to stay at the cutting edge of Irish Architecture by researching and applying innovative principles in sustainable design and construction techniques.
Studio Negri worked with award-winning sustainable architect Duncan Stewart in the production of an episode for RTE’s About a House. Stewart, a specialist in ecological design and energy, has worked for over forty years as an architect and lecturer and consultant in Dublin where he still heads a successful Architectural practice.
STUDIO Negri is comprised of highly qualified architects and technicians that are registered members of the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland.
